Steven is a CPA with over 24 years experience in Financial Accounting, Systems Accounting and Statutory Reporting and Compliance working in numerous organisations and industries.

 

He began consulting for Deloittes in 1999 and worked in numerous organisations ranging from family businesses through to large multinational organisations.  Consulting roles varied in the from Interim Executive Management roles.  With a strong commercial focus, Steven has been involved in various system upgrades and implemented business process improvements leading to saving of up to $10million for clients, including -:

Martin Baird BBus, FCPA, FCIS, GAICD

Martin has had numerous years working as a Director, CEO, General Manager and CFO with many organisations.  He works to achieve the potential of people within an organisation or, on occasion, manage people change where this is necessary for strategic success.

 

He works effectively with Boards, external stakeholders, executive management and the people within an organisation to develop and achieve strategic objectives. With his understanding of Board dynamics he can make the operational changes required to implement Board decisions.

Steven Skinner FCPA, GAICD

Steven is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.

Steven is a CPA with over 20 years experience in Accounting and Finance.  During this time he has developed a broad range of experience across a number of industries and organisations. 

 

He reached the pinnacle of his profession becoming the CFO and Company Secretary for an ASX Listed organisation.

 

Steven is experienced in conducting numerous profit improvements, initiatives and documenting requirements for design, build, configuration and implementation of various ERP Systems.  Throughout his career he has worked in the following organisations -:

Peter Ager ASA, ACIS, F.FINSIA, PNA, AAIPM

Peter is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Australia, CPA Australia, National Institute of Accountants, Finance & Securities Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Project Management.

 

Peter is a project and program director with over 25 years experience in consulting, project management, accounting and finance.  During this time Peter has developed a broad range of experience and skills across a number of industries and organisations including business process re-engineering, implementation of mission critical systems, compliance programs and reporting system solutions.

 

Peter is experienced in the full project life cycle and systems development life cycle, having lead projects within the financials services and public sector organisations through for the design, build, configuration, test and implementation of various ERP and core business solutions. Steve Pitt FAIM, MAICD, MNIA, ISACA

Steve has over 25 years of senior management and IT experience, working with financial services software start-ups such in the United States and Australian.  Some of these entities are listed on the NASDAQ and the ASX -:

John Dedes CPA, GradDipMMP, Dip FS

John has more than 20 years of senior business management with a particular focus on helping companies extract operational processing efficiencies from their people and technologies.  John is a CPA and holds a Graduate Diploma from AGSM, BA Commerce (Accounting), has a diploma in Accounting, Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is RG146 compliant.

 

His career has focussed primarily in financial services with companies such as -:

Brad Holmes  BSc, GradDipAppFin, FFin

Brad has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector supported by tertiary and post graduate qualifications.  He is an experienced executive specialising in change management, business process improvement/re-engineering and assisting organisations to deliver on key outcomes to achieve their strategic objectives.

 

He is commercially focused and has the ability to quickly build sustainable and productive relationships with key stakeholders and provide caring and nurturing leadership to both large and small teams.

Brad has dealt extensively at Board level, primarily from an investment perspective, and has a broad-based background, including financial planning, risk management, project management, client service and operations
